Peter Prieto, alumnus of the University of Miami Law Review and member of the Law Review‘s Alumni Advisory Board, was recently named to lead the plaintiffs’ side of the consolidated Takata air bag litigation in Miami federal court. Mr. Prieto is a partner with Podhurst Orseck and has earned numerous accolades during his time as a practicing attorney.
