Special Submission Track

Authors interested in obtaining an expedited review of their materials may participate in the Law Review’s Special Submission Track.

The Special Submission Track allows authors to submit their materials directly to our Senior Articles Editor, Damon Duchenne, at UMLRSeniorArticlesEditor@law.miami.edu through August 26, 2024.

The committee guarantees a decision via email on every submission received through the special submission track no later than August 30, 2024. Authors who utilize the Special Submission Track agree to accept or decline any publication offer we may extend within 72 hours of receiving the offer.

Additionally, the Law Review is currently accepting articles for its Eleventh Circuit issue. The Eleventh Circuit issue is the only publication in the country devoted to the Eleventh Circuit. Authors interested in publishing in the Eleventh Circuit issue should contact our Eleventh Circuit editor, Olivia Zukowski, at EleventhCircuitEditor@law.miami.edu with their materials.
